Bulletproof? You be the Judge Video Jacket CoverBulletproof? You Be the Judge cites historical documentation to indicate that the controversial series The Valour and The Horror is flawed. It was first aired by the CBC in 1992.

Cliff Chadderton, War Amps CEO and Chairman of the National Council of Veteran Associations, was one of the first to call for a review of the series, stating that the segments dealing with Bomber Command and the Battle of Normandy are inaccurate and misleading portrayals of the part played by the Canadians in two of the major campaigns in the Second World War – the bomber offensive against Germany and the military victory in Normandy.

The CBC Ombudsman released a highly critical report on the television series, concluding that it was misleading, inaccurate, and failed to meet CBC journalistic standards. Yet, the producers of the television series continue to say their research is "bulletproof."
