Artificial limbs are an important part of everyday life for most amputees. Educating yourself about artificial limbs and some of the available products and components will enable you to be more actively involved in the process when discussing the options with your prosthetist.
As well as standard artificial limbs, for some leg amputees more stability is required and mobility aids can be helpful.
