The CHAMP Development Program is for members of CHAMP who have reached the age of 18 and are attending school on a full-time basis.  The child amputees who are members of the CHAMP Development Program receive the same financial assistance and emotional support as offered under CHAMP.

Champs are encouraged to look to the future and continue their education by attending post-secondary school such as college or university.  The War Amps believes that education can broaden employment choices and opportunities. Getting a good education can help all Champs achieve their dreams.

The War Amps CHAMP Development Program has established a limited number of bursaries for its members to provide financial assistance for the pursuit of post-secondary education.  Bursaries awarded must be applied to the cost of tuition and textbooks only.
